Boost Creative Thinking Course
Break Patterns and Build Problem-Solving Skills
Course Code: EX-CT01
Course Code: EX-CT01
If you have ever felt stuck in a familiar way of thinking, unsure how to see things differently, this course offers a way forward. It is not about quick tricks or forcing creativity — it is about slowing down enough to notice what is already around you and making space for fresh ideas to appear.
We work with simple frameworks and prompts that help you notice differently, connect ideas in new ways, and shift old patterns. You do not need to be artistic or “naturally creative” to benefit. You only need an openness to explore and a willingness to look again at the everyday situations you face.
Creative thinking is not about cleverness, performance, or constantly producing something new. It is about perspective — the ability to approach challenges with curiosity, to see more than one option, and to work with possibilities that might otherwise be overlooked.
Many people lose touch with this way of thinking somewhere between school, work, and everyday expectations. Once you reconnect with it, you will find it easier to adapt, to reframe problems, and to see the potential in situations where you once felt stuck.
By the end of this course you will be able to:

Strengthen your understanding of creative thinking with these reflections:
This course combines Live Sessions with carefully designed resources to keep you engaged between meetings.
All participants receive a reflective pre session questionnaire, access to session recordings and summaries, and a digital copy of Boosting Creative Thinking – A Fresh Way to Look at Everyday Life.
You will also receive curated prompts across multiple formats including Writing, Poetry, Images, Short Stories, Watching (film clips), Listening (music and podcasts), Book Excerpts, and Visual Interpretation. These are delivered according to your tier:
This structure ensures fairness across tiers. Everyone gets the type of material appropriate to their level, while also experiencing the value of repetition with variation. This repetition is not duplication. It is a deliberate part of the course that allows insights to surface more fully when you return to a familiar style of prompt with fresh material.
All participants receive:
All Tiers: Quick to Complete Prompts
Everyone receives Section 1. These prompts lower the barrier to entry and give a shared starting point. Examples include listening to music, looking closely at an image, exploring a poem, and noticing everyday routines.
Three Sessions and Monthly Mentoring Tiers: Deeper Focus Prompts
Only students in the Three Sessions and Monthly Mentoring tiers receive Section 2. These prompts take more time and attention, such as exploring a film clip, reading a short story, or beginning a piece of creative writing. They are optional but add valuable depth.
Monthly Mentoring Tier Only: Extended Exploration Prompts
Only students in the Monthly Mentoring tier receive Section 3. These are longer term explorations such as working with book excerpts, listening to podcasts, or visiting a gallery or museum. They are not meant to be completed in one sitting but can be returned to over weeks or months.
Note on Set A and Set B Prompts
Each set of prompts is delivered in two parts, labelled A and B. Set A gives you material to bring into the Live Session. Set B provides fresh material in the same style, allowing you to revisit the practice with greater fluency and depth. This repetition is deliberate and is a key part of developing creative thinking.
ADDITIONAL INSPIRATION
Explore more ways to expand your perspective:
Single Session | Make Sense and Move Forward
A focused one-off session to pause, reflect, and gain clarity. We will explore where you are, what is emerging, and how to support your next steps. Includes a short written summary with takeaways and suggested practices.
Three Sessions Series | Clarify, Shift, and Strengthen
The first session lays the groundwork. Two shorter follow-ups help shift old patterns and strengthen new ways of seeing. Between sessions, you receive curated prompts that guide your reflection and shape the next conversation. Section 1 runs before and after Session 1. Section 2 spans Sessions 2 and 3. Use Part 2A before Session 2 and before Session 3, choosing different options the second time. Use Part 2B after Session 2 and after Session 3 to compare what changed.
Monthly Mentoring Series | Deepen, Practice, and Grow
A full mentoring arc designed for continuity and deeper growth. Each month includes one longer opening session, two shorter practice sessions, and a closing 45-minute capstone conversation that consolidates your learning and sets a clear path forward. Between sessions, you’ll also have access to light-touch check-ins (email or voice note) and tailored prompts to keep momentum alive. The length of commitment is agreed in advance, creating a rhythm that supports steady practice and lasting change. Section 1 runs before and after your first Live Session. Section 2 spans two sessions and repeats the 2A and 2B cycle as above. Section 3 provides longer explorations you can revisit over time.

This course is designed for individuals and teams who want to shift how they think, not just what they do. It’s ideal for people who feel stuck in rigid or reactive thinking, or who are navigating change and need fresh perspective. You don’t need to be in a creative field or hold a leadership role. You just need a willingness to explore new ways of seeing.
No. These sessions are not therapy and aren’t meant to replace it. While they often feel personal and reflective, the focus is on perspective, not pathology. We don’t explore trauma or diagnosis. Instead, the course supports you in seeing patterns, gaining clarity, and developing new ways to think and respond, particularly in work, communication, and everyday life.
You can take this course as a Single Session, a Three Sessions series, or as Monthly Mentoring. Each format is live on Zoom and includes a pre-session questionnaire, a digital copy of the Boosting Creative Thinking book, and the Prompts Workbook (PDF) to work with before and after each Live Session. Group size affects session length but not the quality of attention each participant receives.
Every Section of prompts is delivered twice. The A set always comes before your Live Session so you can bring your first experiences into the discussion. The B set follows after and contains new material in the same style, giving you a second chance to practice with more confidence. In Section 2 the A and B cycles repeat across two sessions to allow more time for fermentation.
No. These are not tests or assignments. Completing the A set before your Live Session is recommended so everyone has a shared starting point. The B set is there for you to return to after the Live Session or later in your own time.
Creative thinking develops over time. When you step away and return, your brain continues making connections in the background — a process psychologists call incubation. The A and B sets are designed to support this process, letting you revisit the same kind of prompt with fresh material and deeper insight.
Prompts are drawn from many creative forms, but what you receive depends on the level you choose.
This way you always get material that matches the time and focus you have available, and you can upgrade later if you want to explore more.
Yes. Each set is provided as a downloadable PDF, so you can return to them as often as you like.
Sessions are conversational and focused. We use your pre-session questionnaire and your prompt experiences to shape the flow. There’s no pressure to perform, most people find that insight emerges naturally through the dialogue.
Each session is recorded. A private link, along with a short written summary, is shared after every session. These materials are included in your course fee and are yours to revisit.
That’s fine. The pace is designed to fit into real life. Even noticing your first reaction to a prompt can open something up. The B sets are there for you to revisit later.
You’ll receive the session recording and summary so you can catch up in your own time. The prompts and materials are designed to support individual reflection even if you miss the live discussion.
If you’re taking the course as a Single Session, please note that missed sessions are still charged in full. If you’d like to rebook a missed session, a 50% fee will apply.
Yes. If you begin with a Single Session or Three Sessions series and want to continue, you can upgrade by paying only the difference. This keeps the structure flexible so it supports your actual needs, not just a preset format.

A quiet shift with lasting impact
I didn’t realize how automatic my thinking had become until I was given the space to slow it down. This course didn’t push for big answers, it helped me ask better questions. I’ve already started making decisions with more perspective.
Grounded thinking that sticks
This gave me language for things I’ve been trying to articulate for years. It’s not therapy, it’s not coaching, it’s something more grounded. A way to actually think differently, not just talk about it.
More listening, less pressure
I kept expecting to be asked to come up with something clever. Instead, I was asked to listen. That changed the way I approach nearly every conversation now, especially with myself.
Better input, better conversations
The prompts stayed with me. They weren’t just exercises, they became ways of noticing. I found myself having more interesting conversations with friends and peers.
