Recordings of your session and a written summary are shared so you can catch up in your own time. For individual bookings, missed sessions are charged in full as time is reserved for you. You can rebook at 50% of the original fee.

Assignments or prompts are included to help you practice what you’ve learned. They are designed to deepen understanding, not create pressure. In single sessions, they’re for self-practice only; in multi-session options, they form the basis for feedback in the next session.
