Refund Policy | The Creative Guide

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for Online and Taught Courses purchased from The Creative Guide. It should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions.
1. Cancellation Rights
1.1. You may cancel your purchase within 14 working days starting on the day after the agreement is concluded, provided no course access or live session has begun.
1.2. For Custom-Scheduled Courses, the right to cancel applies only if no live session has taken place and no course materials have been accessed. Once either has occurred, the right to cancel no longer applies.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1. Refunds are only available where cancellation occurs within the permitted timeframe and conditions described above.
2.2. No other right to cancel or vary your purchase of Services exists unless agreed at the sole discretion of The Creative Guide.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to info@thecreative.guide.
3.2. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
3.3. Any fees charged by your debit or credit card provider in connection with the refund are your responsibility.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Fees for any course where live sessions have been attended or course materials accessed.
- Costs payable directly to third-party examination bodies or professional organizations.
- Any additional costs you incur in connection with attendance or access to our courses.
